The Creyos ADHD protocol consists of a 20-minute series of five cognitive tasks:
Sustained Attention to Response Task (SART):Â A 6-minute task that measures your ability to maintain mindful, conscious focus during repetitive or unstimulating activities.
Double Trouble: Measures “response inhibition”—the ability to stay focused on relevant information even when there are distractions.
Feature Match: Assesses attention by having you quickly identify differences between complex images.
Spatial Planning: Evaluates your ability to act with forethought and prepare a sequence of steps to reach a goal.
Token Search:Â A measure of working memory, testing your ability to temporarily hold, update, and manipulate information.
