We treat anyone from age 4 yrs - 65 yrs.
We accept, Bluecross blueshield, Anthem BCBS, Horizon BCBS, BlueBenefit, Tufts commerciaL, AETNA,
UnitedHealthcare,UMR, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Health Plans INC, Always Health Partners or Mass General Brigham health plan.
We do see patients who are out of network. Initial evaluation usually takes an hour and is billed at 500$. Follow up appointment for <= 20 mins is 200 $ an follow up appointments from 20-30 mins is 250$. We provide an itemized receipt to our patients which patients can submit to their insurance to get reimbursed from their insurance if they have “out of network” benefits Most insurance reimburse between 60-80 per cent of billed amount. Patients should call their health insurance company to find out about out of network benefits
We need 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Late cancellation or no show fees can be 100$ or more depending on the time slot for the appointment.
Our office hours are from 10 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and Saturday from 9am-2 pm.
Yes, most of our appointments are telepsych at this time. Dr.Gurvinder Arora provides in-person visits. Dr.Vishal Biala, Dr.Duy Ly, Dr.Diana Santiago and Dr.Shweta Sidhu provide only telepsych appointments.
We accept Master and Visa credit cards, via Zelle, cash, checks.

Yes, Your records are stored in an encrypted Electronic Medical Record. No records are released to any person or entity without your written consent.

Please message the provider's assistant through your patient portal for any refill requests. Please contact us directly for any refills. We do not take refill requests from pharmacies as they are often inaccurate and could lead to errors. Please give at least 3-4 business days for any refill requests to be completed although most requests are usually completed within the same business day.
